Quilt Cards

Look what came in the mail from Ann! She's getting pretty good at this.

I've been making some postcards and I thought I'd share photos. The selvage ones were just for fun, the Cranes were embroidered for an exchange with an online group that Debbie and I belong to. This is the first time I exchanged with them but I probably won't do it again - I didn't like making so many of them. I drew them all freehand which is why there's a bit of variation in how they look.

It's very cute - Thanks Nancy! It's hard to see in this photo but there are heart brads scattered on top of a really cute print and then the Love Brads too.

I haven't mailed mine yet, I've still got it up on the mantle so I can admire my creativity before sending it off to MaryAnn.

It's pretty Mom. I like how you outlined the hearts in beads.

She beat me to it ... I bought some cross stitch fabric months ago intending to try it out with postcards.

Thanks for the list Debbie, I'm going to enjoy my card for a couple weeks before sending it off to Mary Ann, it's sitting on the mantle with my New Year's card I made last year, Mom's card, and my snowman.
